Some time ago I got a bit maudlin in trying to re vivify this old
Newsgroup. My apologies for the silliness. If any of the old guard
(Cherith, are you still lurking about?) are around, it would be fun to
use this antique forum to catch up on news of each other, any latest
research, articles, films viewed(<g>) and so on.

Best regards to all,
Bert

The Village Renaissance Faire in Wrightstown, PA, has done several
Arthurian seasons, and the New Jersey Renaissance Festival and Kingdom,
where many of its actors learned their craft, was Arthurian for most of
its 21 years, but, this September, the VRF will be doing an Arthurian
story that has been obscure to invisible since Malory/Caxton: the war
of Camelot and Rome. "Cliges" will be a further ingredient in the
faire, which runs September 17-18 at the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds.

Thanks, John. They've got a nice web site at:
